Frequently Asked Questions - for buyers

Is there an entry fee?

This varies by venue. Most of our markets have tiered entry pricing throughout the day, with the final hour always free. Some markets are free to attend all day.

What time should I arrive?

It depends on what you're looking for! Come early for the best selection, or later in the day for reduced prices and free entry. Most shoppers browse for 30 minutes to 2 hours, though some stay all day!

Can I try things on?

Yes! There's a changing room and full-length mirrors dotted around the space. Liaise with the seller directly so they know what you’re trying on and please return items to the seller.

How do I pay?

PayPal, bank transfer, or cash. Some sellers have card readers. Check each seller's pitch label for their payment options.

What kind of prices are we talking?

Expect to find pieces ranging from £10 to £200. We feature everything from (good quality) high street to high-end - think COS to Celine, Topshop to Toteme. Real treasures at brilliant prices.

What kind of brands are sold at The Re-Loved Club?

Acne. Aligne. A.P.C. Aries. Arket. Baum and Pferdgarten. Beyond Nine. Birkenstock. Burberry. Chloé. COS. Damson Madder. Everlane. Folk. Frankie Shop. Ganni. Grenson. Isabel Marant. Katharine Hamnett. Is the venue accessible with a wheelchair or buggy?

Most of our venues are wheelchair and buggy accessible with step-free access. If you have any specific accessibility requirements, please contact us in advance so we can help ensure you have a great experience.

Can I bring my dog?

Dogs are welcome at most of our venues, though this does vary by location. We add this information to event listings, blog posts, social media and to the Eventbrite page for each event. If you’re unsure, please check with us beforehand if you're planning to bring your furry friend.

Are there refreshments available?

Absolutely! We've got quality coffee, snacks, and often alcoholic options available throughout the day. We want you to relax, enjoy yourself, and make a proper day of it!

Frequently Asked Questions - for SELLERS

I'd like to sell at the Re-Loved Club. How can I get involved?

Great! Just fill in our sellers form and you’ll go onto our sellers’s list (and mailing list). We usually send out an email around two weeks before a sale with a link to book your pitch. You only need to sign up once.

I've applied to sell but haven't heard back from you yet.

We send out an automatic email confirming you’re on the list. Sometimes our emails end up in your spam inbox, remember to mark as safe, so future ones don’t. If you don’t think you’re receiving our seller emails - drop us an email / dm with the email you signed up with and we can investigate.

What sells well at The Re-Loved Club?

Focus on good quality pieces. High street brands are welcome, but natural fibres tend to sell best - think cotton, denim, wool, and linen.

Your energy matters! People buy from people, so treat your stall like a mini shop.

We strongly encourage new sellers to visit one of our markets first. It's the best way to get a feel for what sells well, how to price your items, and the overall atmosphere.

Can I share my rail with a friend? Or can we be next to each other?

Yes, absolutely! If you're sharing a pitch, remember that less is more - don't try to squeeze two wardrobes onto one rail. We recommend each person brings their best 15–20 items and focuses on selling those well.

If you'd like to be positioned next to a friend, just let us know as early as possible. We plan the space in advance, so the sooner you tell us, the better chance we have of making it happen.

How much money should I expect to make? How many items should I expect to sell?

At minimum, we hope sellers walk away with at least £100 plus their pitch fee back. Many sellers make £200–£300, and some have earned up to £1,000 on the day.

Your earnings depend on several factors - the quality of your rail, your pricing, the vibe you bring and how motivated you are to sell. On average, sellers sell between 10 and 30 items.

How do I take payment? Do I need a card reader?

We encourage sellers to accept PayPal, bank transfer (quick and easy with digital banks like Starling or Monzo), or cash.

Do I Need a Card Reader?

No need to buy one! You can take card payments through the free Square app on your phone. Just note that card payments come with a small transaction fee.

Can I bring my baby / child / dog to sell with me?

You can but please be aware it’s likely to get busy and it’s a long time for a child to stay still with you. With dogs - they are usually permitted but please check venue details.

What can I sell?

Womenswear, menswear, and kidswear - including clothing, shoes, jewellery, and accessories. All items should be pre-loved pieces from your personal wardrobe (a few items with tags on is understandable).

Not Permitted: Upcycled garments or handmade items made for resale, toiletries, books, or homeware.

I can't make the sale I've booked - can I have a refund or switch to a later date?

All market bookings are final and non-refundable, and we're unable to switch bookings to different dates.

What do I get with my pitch?

Small rail or large rail pitches come complete with a rail and a chair.

Large pitch and professional pitches get an allocated space plus a chair (bring your own rail).

Can I bring additional rails / tables / items to use to display?

We're unable to accommodate additional display items, as our space is carefully planned in advance to meet venue safety guidelines.

My question isn't listed here...

Feel free to drop us an email, dm or come chat with us at a future market.

We send out a seller’s pack in the days before a sale with all the logistical info.
