There are 70 textile recycling banks in Waltham Forest. 40 Salvation Army ones and 30 Traid ones.
You can drop off textiles in any condition and they will be separated into good quality items to be passed on, or damaged items which will be recycled. Please bag items up and place inside clothes banks. Don’t leave anything outside.
For larger quantities of clothes book a free home collection with Traid https://traid.org.uk/clothes-donations/ or call: 020 8733 259

Did you know there are 27 charity shops across Waltham Forest?
When donating items (which is brilliant!), please pop in during opening hours - this ensures donations stay safe and dry rather than being left outside.
The shops welcome clean, good-quality items in lovely condition - things you'd be happy to wear or use again yourself.
Any damaged textiles can be taken to local recycling banks, which is equally helpful for both the charities and our environment!
